Training & Responsibilities
Upon approval as an Angel, comprehensive training materials will be provided to ensure you are fully prepared to support those in need. These materials will cover best practices in communication, privacy, crisis response, and guidance techniques.
As an Angel, it is essential that you review all training materials thoroughly and adhere to the protocols outlined. Your duties include actively engaging with individuals in a safe, empathetic manner, maintaining confidentiality, and applying the guidance principles you learned. Consistent completion and understanding of training ensures that you are effective, responsible, and ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those reaching out for support.
